Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 12, 2026

By downloading or using OnlyPlayer, you agree to these terms. We have drafted them to be as clear and straightforward as possible, without unnecessary legalese.

1. The Software License

OnlyPlayer grants you a personal, worldwide, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the app as intended, in the manner permitted by these terms and the Apple App Store terms.

2. User Content and Responsibility

OnlyPlayer is a powerful local media player. We do not provide, host, distribute, or stream any media content.

You are solely responsible for the media files you choose to play using the application. You must ensure that you have the legal right to possess and consume the content you open. OnlyPlayer holds zero liability for copyright infringement or the legality of your personal media library.

3. Pro Subscriptions (In-App Purchases)

OnlyPlayer Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription. The current pricing is $4.99 per week or $14.99 per month (or the equivalent in local currency). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple; to request a refund, please visit Apple Support.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

We build our software with pride and strive for excellence, but the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be entirely free of bugs, crashes, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlyPlayer and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Santa Clara County, California, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

7. Say Hello
